These terms govern your use of Grova (the “Service”), a personal-finance tracking app operated by IT_Watermelon. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Grova is for personal tracking and information only. It does notprovide financial, investment, tax, or legal advice, and nothing in it is a recommendation to buy or sell anything. Market quotes, exchange rates, and metal prices are sourced from third parties, may be delayed or inaccurate, and are provided “as is” without warranty. Do not rely on the Service for financial decisions; consult a qualified professional.

You own the data you enter. We store it to provide the Service and protect it as described in our Privacy Policy. You can export a full backup at any time (Settings → Export). You are responsible for keeping your own backups.The Service is provided on an “as is” basis and we accept no responsibility or liability for any loss, corruption, deletion, or unavailability of your data, however caused. You use the Service at your own risk.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation and may change, suspend, or discontinue features.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, and we shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including but not limited to loss of or damage to data, loss of profits, or any financial losses — arising from or related to your use of (or inability to use) the Service, or your reliance on any information or data shown in it, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
You may delete your account at any time (Settings → Delete account), which permanently erases your data. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of Slovenia, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
